They are written for a Solapur jewellery cabinet that takes enquiries, optional online checkout when enabled, and counter sales. They are not a substitute for advice from your own lawyer or jeweller.
1. The website
Product photos, carat notes, and prices on the site describe pieces in the cabinet or typical stock. Stones are natural; colour and inclusions can vary. A listing is an invitation to enquire or reserve, not a binding offer until we confirm the piece, weight, and price with you.
2. Enquiries & WhatsApp
Forms and WhatsApp messages help us reply about availability, certificates, and setting. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a stone until we say so in writing (message or bill). Prefer WhatsApp or a visit for Saturn stones and high-value pieces.
3. Optional online payment
When Razorpay checkout is enabled on this site, you may pay by UPI or card through Razorpay’s secure page. We do not store your full card number. If online pay is not available, use enquire, WhatsApp, or pay at the shop. A paid order reserves the named piece subject to stock confirmation; if the piece is already sold we will refund promptly or offer an alternative with your consent.
4. Prices, GST & bills
Prices are in Indian Rupees. Gold, silver, and gemstone rates can move with the market. The tax invoice or shop bill is the final record of what you bought, including any GST that applies. Weight and disclosure (heat, oil, filling, lab-grown) are written on the bill when relevant.
5. Shipping & collection
Shipping terms are summarised on the Shipping page. High-value stones may be collected at Akkalkot Road or sent by insured courier after we confirm the destination and ID where needed.
6. Returns
Cut-to-order jewellery, custom settings, and stones taken on trial may follow different rules stated at sale. Unused, unaltered pieces with original packaging and tags may be discussed within a short window as noted on your bill or the shipping page. Hygiene and pierced jewellery usually cannot be returned.
7. Accounts & staff areas
Customer sign-in is for order tracking and reviews. Staff / admin doors are for the house only. Do not attempt to access staff tools without permission.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Solapur, Maharashtra have preferred jurisdiction for disputes arising from this shop, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
